Need an Official Record?
Use these Hart County and Georgia custodians for the most common requests:

- Criminal histories: use a GCIC-authorized local agency channel or the appropriate Georgia Bureau of Investigation service
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Hart County Sheriff's Office
- Official statewide checks: follow the GBI and GAPS route required for the purpose
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Record restriction and sealing: follow the Georgia process and obtain needed dispositions from the court
